How much Community Service is needed?

25 hours are expected from all students.
20 hours are supposed to benefit the community around Evansville and the last 5 are to benefit the school and its students.

What do we do for lunch?

Unlike other schools, Signature does not have its own cafeteria, so the staff trusts its students to be responsible on the walkway and in the restaurants to get food for lunch. For safety reasons and so the teachers know where the students are, all students must sign up for a lunch choice online using the Signature lunch program.

What are AP and IB?
AP is Advanced Placement. This program will help students get ready for the AP exam.

IB is International Baccalaureate. In the spring of 2006, Signature School was officially named an International Baccalaureate School. Students at Signature School have the opportunity for "Pre-IB" training in grades 9 and 10 in preparation for the actual IB courses during grades 11 and 12. The main reasons for introducing the IB Diploma Programme are to raise the global consciousness of our students, to ensure that global education is infused throughout the curriculum, and to offer excellence in education that is externally validated by a program of global scope.
