How many times have you received two of the same gift, whether it is at Christmas, your birthday, or any other gift giving occasion? By the same token, how many times have you received money as a gift and ended up spending it on something that you had not planned on? Target has come up with a solution. Target Wish Lists! You can set up a wish list for any occasion. This is why we thought this would be a great idea for those seniors that choose to have a graduation party. Senior Lauren Brown agrees, "I think it's a good idea, so people don't get the same gifts or you get things you don't need."
Now you can have the great style of Target without the repeated gifts. Another new feature is that when checking out with a cashier, the gift giver receives a gift receipt, separate from the real receipt. That means that if you do happen to get something you already have you can return it, with no hassle! Creating a Target Wish List is really simple and fun and it only takes about five minutes. You can set it up online at www.target.com or at your local Target store. To start a list online, like Lisa did, click on the "Gift Registries" button, and then move over to the "Target List" box and click "Create a List." If you choose to set up your list on the store, as Valerie did, you just walk into the store and locate the guest computers (if you cannot find them, just head to Guest Service), and follow the step by step instructions on how to create your wish list. Tiffany Hegean, a Target employee relates with the wish list creators. "When I had my open house, I got a bunch of things I didn't even want." When you are finished with this, a few pieces of paper will print out and you will take these to guest services where they will give you a scan gun, which you can then take around the store and scan any item you wish to have and it will appear on your registry! Also, if you wish to add items to your list at the store later, you can just print out another copy of your list again and head to Guest Service again and they will give you the scan gun back! So, as you can see, it's a very simple and painless process, whichever route you choose!
