Fashion

Days into 2008, the clothing styles have started to go back, especially into 1997. The trends are different, obviously. In spring 1997 we were thinking about floral, colors, and wedges. In 2008's we are thinking in the same ideas with different style. The positive influence of sport revitalizes the codes of urban chic; a very cool fashion with pale neutrals, dirty or refreshed pastels, to mix together, to disrupt with bright and unexpected accent. Nylons and light cottons.
According to fashiontrendsetter.com, we "culture of paradox, play of contrast, new aesthetic rules. Japanese-style and plant landscape."
With respect to men, we are going to keep the 50s rocker style, where the accessories were influenced by various animal skin such as shoes and belts in panther with chrome detailing. As for jeans, they come in a range of grays to black or dark indigo and are paired with sweaters or shirts with geometric patterns.
As in all fashion, there are rules, and its are comfortable always that you keep your own style; remember that the next rules not always are going to work with you age or style.
-Ankle straps foreshorten the leg and can help define an ankle.
-In 2008, one item in your outfit should be utterly immoderate: huge ring, stoking platform, deafening pop of color and, vast cuffs.
-The myth that every woman needs a white shirt is wrong. Only woman who look good in a white shirt need one.
-You can not go wrong with a trench coat. Actually, you can. Epaulettes, flaps and lots of buttons swamp some women. Just because it is classic, it does not mean it is right for you.
-Black and navy can look very chic, but you should stop it looking like an uniform.
-Like always, high heels lengthen the legs.
-No miniskirt over 40.
Laura Fusconi, a junior Signature School said, "I will follow some of them, but I think everyone has his own style".
Mix these pieces of advices and your own style will trump for sure!!!
