Typical Day At Sig

Many students at Signature School have different interests and take different classes that interest them. A typical day is different for every person because each student has to make time to do the things they want to do. What time you get to school, what classes you choose, and how you adapt to them is also different for every student.
Lunch time is a great time at Signature because there are many restaurants that students can choose to eat from. Mina Mufti said, "I usually pick up food from Sixth Street Deli, or Milanos and take it back to the commons to eat." Freshman for the first semester have to eat in the commons. After school activities are a great way to take a break from school work. Math Club, Key Club, and Student Council are Mufti's and Rose Nicholson's favorites. Class schedules are another part of a typical day at Sig. All the students take different classes depending on the grade level. For example, Laura Deig takes a singing class and no foreign language where as Mufti takes a Foreign Language and doesn't sing. The class schedule depends on what the students' interests are, and what classes and credits are needed to graduate from Signature School.
Students also get to school at different times, choose different classes, and also adapt to their classes differently. Mufti said, "I usually get to school about 7:30," whereas Nicholson said, "I usually get to school about 8:00 to 8:15."As you become a senior you have many more choices of what classes you want to take. Deig chose the classes she did because didn't want hard classes because this is the year for college applications. Adapting to a class can be hard when a new year starts. Nicholson said, "I like my classes" whereas Mufti said she was starting to adapt to her classes.
Students that go to Signature have different interests which make them have a different day than other students. Signature is a great school for students who have different interests. This school is a great one to go to because there is a lot of neat programs to get involved in.
